Matrix the Company was created by Miki Haim and Rony Fest, two of the Directors of Iguana Group to represent their new high rise luxury developments. The Iguana Company is recognised as a highly professional Thai property developer and constructor, designing and building only premium condominiums and villas in choice locations. Founded by a team combining over seventy years experience within property development, the company operates under its own capital and by exclusive partnerships with external private investors. Matrix will retain the same directors as Iguana giving confidence with new buyers that this is a solid company.
The Directors initial activities in real estate consisted of buying land in select positions for the planning and construction of private villas, alongside purchasing second hand condo units, undertaking substantial reformation, redesigning and modernising, following European standards for resale.
