Submitting a valid Unit Reservation From will reserve for you a unit(s) in the above project at our registered office Paradise Park Jomtien Resort Co., Ltd. 306/54 Chateau Date Complex. M.12 Thappaya Rd., Jomtien, Chonburi 20150, Thailand. This Unit Reservation From will not be accepted as valid if: 1) Any portion of thus Unit Reservation From is not completed, 2) Submission of the required 50,000 baht per unit is not received, 3) The Unit Reservation Form is not signed.

The Unit Reservation Form creates no contractual relationship whatsoever with the Seller. The Unit Reservation Form is merely your statement of interest and gives you a position in order of reservation to pick your required unit(s). The Seller can change floor layout or unit size. Upon return of Unit Reservation Form and receipt of 50,000 baht per unit a signd confirmation form from Paradise Park Jomtien Resort Co., Ltd. with unit order allocation will be issued to the Buyer.
